Every piece here starts as a conversation. You bring the stone, the occasion, or only a feeling — I sketch it, price it, and nothing is cut until you say yes. Cada peça aqui começa como uma conversa. How long until it reaches me?Quanto tempo até chegar?
The piece is made after you order it: 2 to 4 weeks at the bench, then 7 to 20 business days in transit to the United States or Canada. A commissioned piece takes longer, and the exact date is agreed with you in writing before any work starts.
A peça é feita depois do seu pedido: de 2 a 4 semanas de bancada, mais 7 a 20 dias úteis de transporte até Estados Unidos ou Canadá. Uma peça sob encomenda leva mais, e a data exata é combinada por escrito antes de qualquer trabalho começar.
Do I pay for shipping or customs?Pago frete ou alfândega?
Shipping is already in the price, anywhere in the world, with tracking. What is not included is any import duty or tax your own country charges — that is set by your customs authority and paid by you on arrival. Customs can also hold a parcel for a while, and that time is outside anyone's control.

What if it is not right when it arrives?E se não servir quando chegar?
Write within 14 days of it arriving and you get a full refund. The return postage costs you nothing. The piece has to come back unworn and in its original packaging. The one exception is a commissioned piece made to your measurements or from your own stone — that cannot be resold to anyone else, so it is not covered. See shipping & returns.

I do not know my ring sizeNão sei meu tamanho de anel
Write before you order and the sizing is sorted out first — US, UK and European sizes all work, and if you only have a ring that already fits, the inner diameter in millimetres is enough. Since every ring is made after the order, it is made to the size you give.
Escreva antes de comprar e o tamanho é resolvido primeiro — medida americana, britânica ou europeia servem, e se você só tem um anel que já cabe, o diâmetro interno em milímetros basta. Como todo anel é feito depois do pedido, ele sai na medida que você passar.
Will it look exactly like the photograph?Vai ser igual à foto?
Close, but not identical — and that is the point. Stones differ in tone and inclusion, wood grain never repeats, and filigree is drawn by eye rather than by machine. Screens shift colour too. What you receive is the same design, made once, for you.
Parecida, mas não idêntica — e é esse o ponto. As pedras variam em tom e inclusão, a fibra da madeira nunca se repete, e a filigrana é feita a olho, não em máquina. As telas também mudam a cor. O que chega é o mesmo desenho, feito uma vez, para você.
How do I look after silver, wood and stone?Como cuido de prata, madeira e pedra?
Keep the piece away from perfume, chlorine, seawater and the shower. Put it on last and take it off first. Store it dry, and clean silver with a soft cloth only — never a dip or an abrasive, which would eat the filigree detail. Silver darkening over time is normal and comes off with the cloth.
Mantenha a peça longe de perfume, cloro, água do mar e do banho. Coloque por último e tire primeiro. Guarde seca e limpe a prata só com flanela macia — nunca com líquido de mergulho ou abrasivo, que comem o detalhe da filigrana. A prata escurecer com o tempo é normal e sai com a flanela.
